Kim Fowler
Kim Fowler is a wife to her loving husband, Jason, and a mom to her three rambunctious sons, Drew, Owen, and Will. She has been homeschooling for a few years, but her love for teaching began many moons ago when she would “play” teach her Barbies and Teddy Bears.
Kim holds degrees in Music, Education, and Radiological Technology. Throughout her 24 years of teaching, she has taught private piano and voice, public and private school, and tutored online and within homeschool communities.
When she is not snuggling on the couch watching NCIS (I miss Gibbs. If you know, you know!), you will probably find her ubering her sons to all their basketball practices and games. Kim enjoys cooking, baking, and just hanging out with her family when she isn’t driving her cool mom ride (aka minivan).
Kim is an “out of the box” teacher who thrives on project-based learning. She believes that students should be immersed in their learning and experience it firsthand through experiments, projects, reenactments, etc. Kim is extremely excited to join the fabulous tutoring staff at The Cordova Tutorial and is looking forward to a wonderful year.
