TCT Registration Process for the 2025/2026 school year
We are currently registering students for the school year starting in August 2025.
Registration is open to all families.
First, please take some time and look at the class schedule. Choose the class/classes you would like your child/children in and contact the tutor to see if there is room in their class for your student. The tutor will respond and send their “Tutor Payment Worksheet” if room is available. Then, you may follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

BEFORE STARTING, make sure you have received confirmation for the classes you want to attend from the tutor of the class. Each tutor will confirm your spot and send you a "Tutor Payment Worksheet.
TCT’s Registration Process for 2025/2026.
You need to complete each step below before moving to the next step.
STEP 1. Using the link below, fill out and submit the 25/26 TCT Statements and Policies form online.
STEP 2. Fill out “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form” (link below). You must bring the filled-out form to one of our registration dates. Drop-off registration is on March 21 from 10 am to noon. In-person registration is on March 28 from 10 am to noon.
STEP 3. Using the amount you calculated on “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form,” pay by check made out to MEGAN POWELL or by Venmo @Megan-Powell-73 (use the friends option only, please). When using Venmo, please indicate which family the payment is for.
“Tutor Payment Worksheets” will be emailed to you from each class tutor. They will include the information needed to complete the classroom enrollment. If you have not heard from a tutor after 24 hours, please email them again in case the email went awry. If, after emailing the tutor a second time, you have not heard within 24 hours, email the TCT communications Czar at tctcares4you@gmail.com)
The Early Bird Registration price is $70 for the first student, $65 for the second student, and $60 for the third student, with a family max of $195. Prices will increase on March 29 to regular registration prices and again on July 1 to late registration prices.
