Annette Wright
Annette Wright is excited to begin her fourth year at The Cordova Tutorial this year. She is looking forward to using her teaching experience and love for children in the classroom setting. She hopes to inspire her students to love learning and think creatively.
Annette earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Memphis where she graduated with Honors. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Union University. Annette taught elementary grades in public and private schools for nine years before staying home with her two sons. She has homeschooled them for nine years, teaching both at home and in a local co-op. Annette also has experience tutoring, giving leadership to church children’s ministry, and working with children and families in adoption and foster care.
She has been married to her husband, Arron, for 18 years. She is a proud mom to (step)daughter Courtney and sons, Jacob and Joseph. She has also earned the title of “Nini” to grandson, Charlie. She loves to read and she enjoys bike rides, traveling and exploring, and game nights with her family.
