At TCT we strive to keep our students safe. Please take a look at the following guidelines when entering our campus. Also, see the map below for how to enter and exit the parking lot.

• Elementary students may not walk down the sidewalk or through the parking lot.  They must be picked up through carline or walked with a parent to their car.  

• Middle and High school students can walk down the sidewalk or through the parking lot, but please caution your children to be VERY careful and alert.

• Use the door designated for TCT.

• Do not use the portico when entering or exiting the back parking lot.

• Please follow the posted signs when you enter and exit classes at TCT. 

PICK UP AND LATE FEES - No student can be left unattended inside or outside the building. If dismissed students are still with us when the next period starts or when the pickup line ends after 4th period, one of our tutors must take responsibility for them until you arrive.

**We will happily provide you with the study hall phone number in case you arrive late and need one of us to bring your student outside. The number is 901-436-0000. You may call or text, but texting is less disruptive once classes have begun.**

The late pick-up fee is $10 for every ten minutes you are late.

If our car line workers must send your student back inside when the next period begins or wait with your student at the end of the day, you will receive a notice with instructions for paying the late fee.
