TCT Registration Process for the 2024/2025 school year
We are currently registering students for the school year starting in August 2024.
Registration is open to all families.
First, please take some time and look at the class schedule. Choose the class/classes you would like your child/children in and contact the tutor to see if there is room in the class for your student. The tutor will respond and send their “Tutor Payment Worksheet” if room is available. Then you may follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

Again, before starting, make sure you have received confirmation for the classes you want to attend from the tutor of the class. Each tutor will confirm your spot and send you a "Tutor Payment Worksheet.
TCT’s Registration Process for 2024/2025.
You must complete each step below before moving to the next step.
STEP 1. Using the link below, fill out and submit the TCT Statements and Policies form online.
STEP 2. Print and fill out “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form” (link below). You will bring the filled out form to be signed and validated by TCT administration.
STEP 3. Using the amount you calculated on “The Cordova Tutorial Registration Form” you will pay by a check made out to: MEGAN POWELL or by Venmo @Megan-Powell-73 (friends only please).

“Tutor Payment Worksheets” will be emailed to you from each class tutor. They will include the information needed to complete the classroom enrollment. If you have not heard from a tutor after 24 hours, please email them again in case the email went awry. If after emailing the tutor a second time, you have not heard within 24 hours, email the TCT communications Czar at tctcares4you@gmail.com)
The regular Registration price is $85 for first student, $80 for the second student and $75 for the third student, with a family max of $240. Beginning July 1 the Late Registration price will be $90 for first student, $90 for the second student and $80 for the third student, with a family max of $260.
