Monica Larson has a BA in Elementary and Special Education. She has taught both special education and elementary classes in the public and private school settings. She retired after having her first daughter in 2000. While homeschooling her four children for the past eleven years, she has also taught many homeschool tutorial classes for younger children. Her passion is introducing kids to incredible literature which will instill a desire to read. She also loves making science fun by reading great books and using a hands-on approach.
